Gavin joined Altascience in 2021 as a Non executive director before  taking over the role as CEO in 2023. Gavin has had over 30 years experience in the medical device industry, with a successful track record in growing disruptive technologies. Gavin was instrumental in numerous companies with operational, strategic and executive responsibilities. Prior to Altascience Gavin was senior Partner at Impertus, Sales Director of OR Productivity Plc, Managing Director of Conceptus which exited to Bayer for $1.2 Billion. Gavin's passion for women's health is evident from his career choices and his drive to offer women alternative and better choices in healthcare. This passion dictates his strategic decisions and priorities as a leader in the medical device industry.
